LeadHub Systems Ltd. ("the Company", "we") is committed to protecting the privacy of its users in accordance with the Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and Amendment 13 to the law.

This policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal information of users on the website and the system.

Information provided directly: Name, email, phone number, payment details, business information, and data you enter into the system (leads, deals, documents).

Automatically collected information: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages viewed, browsing times, cookies and device identifiers.

Third-party information: Information received through integrations you've connected (Facebook, Google, WhatsApp, etc.).

We use the information collected for the following purposes:

• Providing services and operating the system
• Improving user experience and personalization
• Technical support and customer service
• Sending updates, service notifications and alerts
• Statistical analysis and service improvement
• Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Fraud prevention and information security

We will not sell, rent or transfer your personal information to third parties, except for:

• Service providers: Cloud hosting, payment processing, messaging and integrations (subject to confidentiality agreements)
• Legal requirement: Court order, regulatory requirement or legal proceeding
• Explicit consent: When you have given explicit consent to sharing

We store the information needed to run the service. Traffic to the site uses HTTPS. Two-factor authentication can be turned on in the account. This page does not promise encryption at rest, automatic backups, or continuous monitoring.

On the marketing site, and only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner:

• Essential cookies: required to operate the site, including form security
• Google Analytics: traffic measurement. It is not loaded before consent
• Meta Pixel: marketing measurement. It is not loaded before consent, including without JavaScript

Choosing Decline keeps Google Analytics and Meta Pixel off on later visits until you change that choice.

Under Amendment 13 to the Privacy Protection Law, you have the following rights:

• Right of access: View personal information held about you
• Right of correction: Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information
• Right of deletion: Request deletion of personal information (subject to legal limitations)
• Right to restrict processing: Limit how your information is processed
• Right to object: Object to processing for direct marketing purposes
• Right to portability: Receive your information in a structured, commonly used format

We retain personal information as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. After account closure, data will be retained for up to 7 years as required by regulations, then securely deleted.

Information may be stored or processed on servers outside Israel. We ensure such transfers are made subject to appropriate safeguards and in accordance with the law.

Our services are intended for business owners and users over the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be published on the website and/or sent via direct notification. Continued use of the service constitutes agreement to the updated policy.

When Meta Social publishing is enabled, LeadHub requests: pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_posts, instagram_basic, instagram_content_publish to select a Page/Instagram Professional account and publish approved content.

Encrypted tokens and asset identifiers are stored server-side only. Publishing may be queued or manual; retries are controlled; ambiguous outcomes require manual verification and are never auto-republished.

Disconnect clears credentials and stops future publishing but does not delete remote posts. Data Deletion provides a confirmation code and privacy-safe status URL. Retention: docs/compliance/meta_social_retention_matrix.md. Contact: support@leadhub.systems.
