
When your sales team grows beyond 5-10 reps, lead management becomes complex. Who sees what? How do you divide leads between centers? How does a manager route a lead to a specific agent?
Center-Agent Hierarchy
The system now supports a clear hierarchy: Admin sees everything, Manager/Center Manager sees only their centers and agents, Agent sees only assigned leads.
Two-Level Filtering: Center → Agent
A new filter lets you first pick a center, then optionally an agent within it. There's also a "No Assignment" option for unassigned leads.
Manual Routing from Managers to Agents
Managers can select leads in the table and route them to agents under their supervision via the bulk actions bar.
Duplicate Detection
The system automatically detects duplicate leads by phone number and displays indicators, status badges, and a details popup with links to similar leads.
